The National Testing Agency of India has released the official notification for NEET (UG). It is expected to be published in 2025. NEET (UG) 2025 will be conducted by NTA for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS courses. NEET (UG) is being conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) since 2019 with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Human Resource Development (now known as Ministry of Education). This year NEET UG 2025 will be conducted on May 4, 2025 and candidates can apply online from February 7, 2025.

Eligibility for NEET UG
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have secured at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology combined in the 10+2 examination. For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, PWBD or Other Backward Classes (NCL), the minimum marks to be obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology combined in the 10+2 examination will be 40% instead of 50% for Unreserved and General EWS candidates.
Applicants for 10+2 Examination: Candidates who have appeared for the 10+2 examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as major subjects and are likely to pass with the prescribed percentage of marks can also apply and appear for the entrance examination. However, they will be considered only if they can prove that they have passed the 10+2 examination in the required subjects with the required percentage.
Nationality: Nationals of the following nationalities can apply for NEET (UG):
Indian Nationals.
Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).
Overseas Indian Nationals (OCIs).
People of Indian Origin (PIOs).
for foreign nationals.
Age Limit: Candidates who have attained the age of 17 years on the date of admission or who will attain the age of 17 years by December 31, 2025 can apply for NEET UG 2025.

Application Fee for NEET UG
