The State Level Recruitment Committee (SLRC) is preparing to conduct the written exam for Assam Direct Recruitment. This recruitment drive of the Assam government aims to fill up various Class III and Class IV vacancies and provide civil service jobs to over 100,000 candidates in Assam. The second phase of the online application process for Assam Direct Recruitment was completed from November 10 to December 29, 2023. Candidates who have submitted their application for ADRE will have to appear for the written exam. The admit card for ADRE examination for Class IV posts was released on 15.10.2024.

ADRE Application Process

The application process for Assam Direct Employment (ADR) was handled by the State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) through an online portal. Eligible candidates could easily submit their applications directly through this portal from their preferred location. To minimise duplication of appointments, the SLRC introduced a basic registration process this year linking the candidates’ labour registration number to their application number. This represents a change from the procedure in previous years. Moreover, unlike previous practice, SLRC has decided not to charge any application fee during the application process, allowing candidates to submit their applications free of charge. Moreover, SLRC has also set up an application correction window this year to allow candidates to correct mistakes while submitting their applications.

ADRE admit card release date

The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has decided to release the admit cards for all the exams conducted under Assam Direct Recruitment in a phased manner. In the first phase, the admit cards for ADRE HSSLC exam were released recently on September 2, 2024. Similarly, the admit cards for ADRE Bachelor's Degree and Driving License exam were released on September 16, 2024 at 11 am. Also, the admit card for class 4 examination was released on 15th October 2024 at 11:30 am. For more details, given below:

How to download direct recruitment admit card 

Candidates who have submitted applications for  Assam Direct Recruitment can download their admit cards from the official website. 

As per the official notification, candidates  need their login credentials to download the ADRE admit cards for the upcoming exams. 

In particular, applicants need their application number and  password created during the online application process. 

To download the admit card, you can follow these steps:

Scroll down and check the Important Link section.

Click on the Download Admit Card links.

Now an official web portal will be loaded in the  tab of re of your browser. .

In this portal you will receive a login form.

In this form you must enter your application number and your password.

After that, click on the login button.

 After a successful login, you will be given an option to download the admit card.

Click on the given option and proceed to download your admit card.
