Pragyan Bharati Programme

The Government of Assam launched a programme called Pragyan Bharati Programme in 2020. Under this scheme, the government will provide scooters to all girls who secure 60% and above and all boys who secure 75% and above in the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by AHSEC. This scheme is also widely known in Assam and is called the Assam HS Scooty Scheme.

How do I apply for the Assam Scooty Scheme?

In the earlier phase of this program, there was an online application process but in recent years, it is no longer necessary to submit an application for the Assam Scooty Scheme. The top list is prepared based on data from the Assam Higher Secondary Board, which already has all the necessary information about the students, including their exam results. Eligible students will receive an invitation or all the necessary notifications from the respective schools or colleges where they have appeared in the Assam High School final exams.
