Eligibility Criteria for Civil Recruitment RBI Class B Servant
Age Limit: Candidates should have completed 21 years of age on 01.07.2024 and should not be more than 30 years of age.
Age Concession Category wise
SC/ST: 5 Years
OBC: 3 Years
Disabled (Free): 10 Years
Disabled (OBC): 13 Years
Disabled (SC/ST): 15 Years
Educational Qualification:
Officer Gr. B (DR) – General: Graduation/equivalent technical or professional qualification in any field obtaining at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants) OR Postgraduate Degree/equivalent technical or professional qualification in any field obtaining at least 55% points in aggregate of all semesters/years (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD applicants).
Officer Gr. B (DR) – DEPR:
a. Master’s Degree in Economics (or any other Master’s Degree where “Economics” is the major component* of the curriculum/syllabus i.e. MSc/M.S in Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Industrial Economics) or
b. b. Master’s Degree in Finance (or any other Master’s Degree where “Finance” is the major component* of the curriculum/syllabus i.e. MSc/M.S in Quantitative Finance, Mathematical Finance, Quantitative Methods, International Finance, Corporate Finance, Banking and Trade Finance, International Affairs and Trade Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance, Agricultural Finance)
c. For a) and b) above, at least 55% marks or equivalent in the overall ranking for all semesters/years from a recognized University/Institution in India or abroad is required.
Officers in Gr B (DR) – DSIM:
a. A Master's Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics/ Applied Statistics & Informatics with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters / years; OR
b. Master's Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters / years and one year post graduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from an Institute of repute; OR
c. Master’s Degree in Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning/ Big Data Analytics, with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/ years from a recognized University/ Institute, an institute of national importance, UGC/ AICTE approved programme; OR
d. Four-year Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/ years in Data Science/ AI/ ML/ Big Data Analytics from a recognized University/ Institute, an institute of national importance, UGC/ AICTE approved programme; OR
e. Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years from a recognized University/ Institute, an institute of national importance, UGC/ AICTE approved programme.
Application Fee:
All applicants are required to pay a small fee towards application fee. The fee can be paid online. The category wise application fee is as follows:
